To enter the competition, please submit the form below. Once we receive your form we will check your entry and, if it is accepted, send you an invoice. Once this has been paid your entry is confirmed.

You can enter multiple sections on one form, however if you wish to enter on more than one instrument, please complete a different form for each instrument.
